  • Measurable parameters: I-V curve measurement, short circuit current, open circuit voltage, peak power, peak power point voltage, current, fixed voltage current, fill factor, conversion efficiency, sun simulator light intensity, and environmental temperature, ensuring comprehensive solar module testing.

  • Automatic classification and display function: The system can automatically classify solar modules based on fixed voltage and current parameters, with results directly displayed on the test cabinet through a digital display. This enhances usability and efficiency in the solar panel production line.

  • Four-wire connection for high accuracy: Solar IV Tester adopts a four-wire measurement method, minimizing resistance errors and ensuring precise current measurements.

  • Simultaneous temperature and light intensity measurement: By measuring both environmental temperature and A+A+A+ grade solar simulator light intensity in real-time, the system ensures highly accurate automatic correction for solar cell performance evaluation and make it an essential part of a solar panel production line.

  • Self-tuning and compensation system: Features a self-tuning mechanism with manual input for compensation parameters, along with automatic/manual temperature compensation and automatic light intensity compensation, optimizing test accuracy across different operating conditions.
