Upper Lighting Solar Module Simulator


Application:

Used for automatic testing and result recording of electrical performance parameters of monocrystalline silicon and polycrystalline silicon solar modules.


Products Features:


Customized load board, suitable for compatible battery types PERC TOPCOM HJT SUNPOWER. IBC which includes MBB, half cut, stacked cells, and supports thin film battery modules, has electrical performance parameters.


High-efficiency Direct light structure and simulates real solar irradiation conditions. It can achieve side/top illumination installation mode according to the on-site environment, meet the full spectrum of 300-1200nm, and the pulse width is adjustable from 10ms to 150ms.


The equipment meets the top spectral standards in the industry:

1. A+A+A+ performance; The three core performance indicators of unevenness, spectral matching, and light intensity stability all exceed industry standards.

2. Full spectrum; The spectral range meets the requirements of 300-1200nm, achieving full spectrum testing of high-efficiency silicon batteries and greatly improving testing accuracy.

3. Four wire connection and a high-speed data acquisition system, ensuring the accuracy of solar cell current measurement.

4. Infrared non-contact temperature measurement accurately measures the temperature of components, ensuring the accuracy of temperature correction.
